Apple Disk Transfer

I would like to know if anyone have a program that will allow me to 
transfer files from an IBM to an Apple IIGS.  I have an Apple Disk 
Transfer program but it does not work with the IIGS.  I get an error 
that disk is not a 16-sector disk, Any suggestions?
