ADT is useless for transfering files. It is only useful for creating
disk images. To transfer files, you will need terminal software on
both computers capable of file transfer protocols like Zmodem.
Any terminal software will work (for example, the ftp site at
apple2.caltech.edu would probably have free/shareware or PD ones).

1) Put your modem on the PC, upload the files to your account,
move the modem to the GS, download the files from your account.

2) With two modems or a null modem cable and terminal software on
both computers, use Zmodem to transfer the files.

-or-

Attach a high density floppy drive to the GS, install the MS-DOS FST
that is part of System 6.0.1, plug the MS-DOS disk containing the
PC file into the drive and copy the file to a GS disk.
