Transwarp

I ws given a rom1 GS that had a Transwarp card in it.
It's likely that this card in one of the first that were made.
Before I start taking my rom3 GS apart and putting the one 
(card) from the rom1 in it, what are the chances that it will
work?
Are there places out there that sell an upgraded rom for the card?
Also if anyone has any info on a Accelerator IIe card by Titan
I was also given one of those, and would like any infomation
that you can pass on.
