What EXACTLY are you saying?
 
If the problem is caused by voltage drop between the power supply
and your ram chips, it does NOT seem to be reasonable that you can fault a
BUGGIE supply as the cause of you troubles.
If anything it would solve such a problem, not cause it.
 
Unless there is something missing here, the subject implies
that you blame the BUGGIE Supply.
