Re: Asimov is a _PIRATE_ site. Face the Facts

Hi TomZ,

You wrote in the post this is threaded to:

"Where I =DO= have a problem with Asimov is where it has current
software titles such as ProSel. That is blatant pirating and IMHO
should probably be prosecuted."

What a few people here on csa2 may not be aware of is: I work as a
volunteer - to scan and review the Asimov uploads and to report to the
site Adm. if I note anything uploaded - that is still offered for any
type of commercial sales. Glen Bredon, (author of Prosel) is a good
friend of mine and also a listed 'Friend & Associate of 1WSW. I highly
respect his products still offered for commercial sales, Merlin and
ProSel being two such programs.

A couple of months back I noticed that Merlin (P8 version) was made
available from te Asimov. I notified Roger Wagner and Glen Bredon of
this by voice tel-con and emailed the Asimov site Adm. requesting it be
removed. It was - promptly removed.

I've not been able to locate any ProSel disk image file on any part of
the Asimov site. If it's there, I must have overlooked it. Could you be
good enough to post and/or email me with the exact URL and location of
ProSel on the Asimov WWW and/or ftp site?

Cheers, Peace & God Bless,
