	I'd recommend the ORCA products.  I haven't upgraded to the newest
versions, nor am I a "true" C or Pascal programmer -- yet.  As far as I
know, they're the only products being "actively" sold.  You should also
consider buying GNO so that you have a better environment in which to work
(ORCA shell isn't that great).
