HTML browser for ][e (NOT TCP/IP)?

No, I'm not asking about SLIP/PPP/TCP for the ][e. We've been through
that enough times.

No, I'm not asking about a full web browser for the ][e.

What I would like, though, is a program that can render HTML-encoded files
on the ][e text screen, and follow links in those files. I have a whole
collection of data, and it occurs to me that an obvious way to organize it
would be using a Web interface, since that would facilitate migration
(gasp) to another platform (yikes!) in case I ever decided to set up a web
site (Oh. That's different.).

Does such a thing exist? I'm thinking in terms of linking ProDOS text
files which may or may not include links to other files, and HTML seems
like a fairly convenient (if less than efficient) encoding standard.

How about other options? Gopher-style indexing, perhaps?
