Thanks for the info on the TurboIDE card.  I got a call from my hard 
drive vendor yesterday.  They have a new NEC 1.08 GB hard drive for me 
and it's speed is rated even faster than the IBM drive I had.  That will 
be all fine and dandy if that drive is compatible with the RAMFast's 
not-so-wonderful no-ID technology.  We'll see... I'll post my findings 
then we can either add it to the bummer list or chalk one up for NEC.
