Personally, I like Freewriter. Limited file-size, but it does allow
LONG lines (250+ chars), and has a nice enough feel. It only shows
files of type TXT, but will edit ANY file provided you can tell it
what the pathname is.
It doesn't let you specify a file to open on startup from a launcher/
shell (no startup buffer. there was a hacked version by Dave Lyons,
I believe. It allowed a filename to be passed, but it didn't DO anything
with the filename.)
