*Why* the author puts restrictions on his program is immaterial. If I
wanted to, I have to the legal right to say that my software is never
distributed between the hours of 1AM and 5AM every other Wednesday.
It's none of your, Turley's or my business *why* Nate restricts
somethine. It's his, and it just is.
