Aren't we all supposed to be acting for the good of the Apple ][ community
here? No matter how boring or mudane a peice of software is, it should
be available _everywhere_ if it is freeware... I don't think the US Legal
departments give a toss either way, since no-one makes any money from it...

Of course, if I wanted to limit where my magazines were distributed 
because I didn't like Menzies (sorry, UK Company) it would make perfect
sense...
