Simple Request

I have a very simple request...one that I usually make about once a year.

Could folks please refrain from using obscenities and profanities on 
comp.sys.apple2?

As more and more schools connect to the net, more and more school age 
children will be accessing csa2, and teachers will be forced to "pull the 
plug" if they see certain 4 letter words. 

Of course, there's a time and place for everything, so if you do want to 
spew forth obscenity laced "flames," please take it to a more appropriate 
newsgroup, such as alt.flame or alt.flames.hall.of.shame. For that 
matter, folks that take part in a newsgroup such as alt.nuke.the.usa would 
really appreciate and enjoy all the obscenity-filled flames and personal 
attacks that have been posted in csa2 recently. I just don't think they 
are appropriate for this newsgroup.
