I don't think it's GUPP.  This problem was occuring for me for a few
months long before GUPP.  This was with the last version of the editor
that comes with Orca, prior to the recent upgrade.

Then about two months agou, the problem just as mysteriously dissappeared.
I still don't have the upgrade, but soon...

I don't think GUPP has anything to do with it, unless it is interacting
with the new version.
