        I also downloaded this from the binaries and got the same error.
However if you unpack the read me file with Shrinkit (8bit) it will unpack
and is readable except for the last couple of lines.
 
This is what is at the end, stripped of control charecters.
 
 
 
This effectively means that moving a file can change it from being
read/write, to being read only. If this happens to you, it is possible to
convert the 2ardl on 5.w:
