You're not trying to tell me that you think the signature is hand written on
the case are you? If you look closely you see that the "Woz" is the exact
same color as the "Apple IIgs" on the front of the case. They were silk-
screened or printed or however they were put on there in the same way.
You can tell when something is hand signed, e.g. my Phantasm limited edition
laserdisc box set, numbered and signed by the director. Only 2500 of those
were made, imagine hand signing 50000 of something.
Oh yeah, I knew someone who met woz and had him hand sign his //e, which he
did really big with a magic marker. I got to see it one time.
