I think the part # of the upgraded VGC ends with -C. Your VGC isn't necessarily
bad if you don't have the new one though. If I remember right, I got ROM 01
and the VGC swap on separate trips to different dealers. I wasn't having DHR
problems but figured no need to pass up a free upgrade. Maybe the first dealer
only had the ROM or something like that, I forget.
