OK, apparently I'm wrong. I don't know what this file does, but
it's by Richard Bennett, and it contains the text, "Twas the night
after Christmas, and all through the house..." It's (c) 1994 Oz
Data.

I thought it came with GSbug, since it appeared about the same time
as GSbug, but, then, I'm always installing new sw. Anyway, _I_
didn't put it there, therefore some install script put it there,
meaning it's by one of the following programs:
Harmonie, GraphicWriter III, GNO/ME, Talking Tools, Orca/C, Orca/M,
Pointless, HardPressed, Balloon, or System sw. Take your pick.

Does anyone know what this init is supposed to do?
