Actually, following David's suggestion, I went looking for the Chinook
SCSI Utilities last September, and found them still available from
Sequential Systems (sorry, I don't have their address handy) for
US$29.95 + shipping.  Service was fast and efficient, and I must
agree that this is the _best_ 8-bit SCSI Utility package around!
