Actually, Greg is referring to the SlotMover accessory for the
RamKeeper. This card sits horizontally, is the width of the memory
bus connector and about 7cm long. Normally a card attached to the
front of the RamKeeper blocks slot 7, and must be GS-RAM+ compatible
(for the connector). The SlotMover allows an offset in the machine
but, if memory serves, the moved memory card will block both slots
4 and 5.
To answer the original question, I don't know where you can buy
these anymore. A side view of the card, looking from the front
end of the IIgs (when the SlotMover is connected) would look like
this:

I don't know the proper term for the inline connectors, but they
match the black front connector on the RamKeeper, except that they
have fewer pins (the RamKeeper has hole plugs in its front connector
to ensure proper alignment).
The wiring on the PCB appears to be straight-through except for pins
5, 7, 29, 35, and 37 which each have a 56-ohm 5% 1/4W resistor wired
inline.
Because a card in the SlotMover takes up two other slots I think
its use is limited. Also, if you decide to make one, you're on
your own if it fails (free advice is worth as much as you pay for
it, and hardware modifications can be costly -- speaking from
experience).
