There is also a double-hires mini command set for use with HyperC
(which is free shareware) but I have no idea how to get any support
with that package these days.

Cat Graphics by Pengiun Software aka Polarware can be had for
a song (I bought ym copy new for $5 bucks 4 years ago) and has
a lot of ampersand commands but as far as I know you have to be
in DOS 3.3 to use it.

There is also a ProDOS mini environment called ProBit or something
I cannot remember but you can do DHR with it.  Damn the title is
so close to my fingers...  It's like $35 commercial also.  Damn! :(
