     One wonders if vendors have any idea of the sales they lose because
prospective buyers have come to expect zero info and unskilled "support".
Something as simple as a schematic and 'principles of operation' sheet
would make a world of difference in the attraction of a product like
Sirius. For one thing, buyers could expect to get help from other II users
who can read a diagram. By way of contrast, look at the info supplied in
the Apple II Reference Maunal which came with the II+.
