Printer Card Identity Problem

Can anyone help identify a card that I found in an old IIe.  It was in 
slot #1 so I would assume that it is a printer card.  I don't know if it 
is a Serial or a Parallel card, or even if it is really a printer card.  
It is marked "QUADRAM" and PN 8905-2.  It has an EPROM marked "APIC-A 
c.1983  QUADRAM", a 74LS377, a pair of 74LS74's, and a 74LS00.  The 
connector "port" is a DB-25 female with 16 wires going to it. Would that 
number of wires make it likely to be a Parallel card?
