You have a demo version of ProTERM that has downloading disabled. to get
functional downloading and a bunch of other valuable features, you'll have
to buy the "real" program.
I might add that such a purchase is some of the best money you can spend
on an Apple II. ProTERM 3.1 is an outstanding program.
