How would a program know which ASCII characters to access?  I've got an enhanced Apple IIe that shows all kinds of meaningless punctuation 
marks wherever reversed characters should be (such as selecting a function off of an AppleWorks 3.0 menu).  Is my video chip flawed or is this 
a fixable problem?  I thought AppleWorks 3.0 supported MouseText (Enhanced IIe's).
