DIO cards

Are there any cards still available for digital and analog I/O in my GS? I
know AE made some little cards a long time ago, and they were supposed to be
cute little things if you wanted to have like 6 or 8 controls. 
I also seem to remember a DSP or something that was coming from out of
Germany. Anybody know of this, or the specifics of how to find out more info
on it?
I am about to spend a small fortuneon I/O goodies, and I would much rather
have a GS native card then an external box that I have to use a converter
with...
