Apple //e DOS 3.3 on SCSI-harddisk

I have an Apple //e whith a SCSI-interface card (rev.c).
I also have a Syquest 135 MB EZ-drive for SCSI (normally
used together whith my PC-laptop................).
Will they run together (has anyone tried that constellation) ?
If they run together it will probably be under Apple Prodos.
Is it possible to use that constellation under DOS 3.3 (I guess
I need some sort of pathed DOS 3.3 for this......or..........) ?
If not; how can I back-up my DOS 3.3 files on that EZ-drive ?
