I have three questions and one comment. 

Questions
1) Does Candy want to change? Maybe AOL fits her needs. I wasn't fond 
of it, but my kids loved it.

2) Is there anyone local to show her what direct internet access can 
get her? This might help her to decide on her own.

3) Is she willing to spend the money for direct internet access and a 
good browser ie. Netscape 2.02? There are good reasons to support good 
commercial software.

Why ask a gentleman to help? I'm the wrong sex to be one, but I've 
been working on and repairing Macintosh for the last 9 years.
