Accessing the Internet

I would like to be able to access the internet with my apple, using
microsoft internet explorer 2.0 as my browser.  I will be calling a
internet service provider with a name and password in order to get
connected to the internet.  Once connected, I should be able to use
microsofts browser. 

I have done this on PCs running DOS, Win95 and WinNT and works great.  I'm
just not familiar at all with Macs.  Does Macs have some sort of RAS or
Dial up networking build into there OS?  If not, what do I use to call the
ISP?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
