Help for //c to Mac serial transfer

I need help about how to transfer ASCII files and possibly entire Dos 
3.3 and ProDOS disks from my //c to Mac using a serial connection. I'd 
like to know which type of cables I should use (I really appreciate 
some scheme, eventually) and how to configure communication programs (I 
have Access // for //c, and programs like Z-Term for Mac; are they 
useful?).
