The very definition of what newsgroups are is based upon their
focused content. Focused content is what makes a newsgroup.
Without focus we have no groups - and all that is left is one
big ugly mess of the same crap repeated over and over.
Posting to many newsgroups will not increase the potential
coverage of an article very much at all. An article is
already made available to ALL users when posted to a general
or miscellaneous newsgroup. Mass posting only serves to
defeat the whole purpose of focused newsgroups and hence
decreases their overall usefulness to all users.
Enjoy!
