The file is an image of the Apple 2E ROM. Unless you have a real
IIe, you can't legally get a copy.
A better solution would be to use an emulator with "clean" ROMs.
One of these can be found at the ftp site at ftp.hypermall.com
(in the pub\apple2\apple8\Emulators directory). This is also one
of the best emulators available for the PC because you can use IIe
programs as FILES as well as disk images. The author wrote a
compatible ROM from scratch.
I forget it's name, but it is the first file in the directory.
It is a shareware program, but it dosn't need a separate 2E ROM
file to work.
