IIGS Network Boot Woes

For the past couple of evenings I have been trying to get my IIGS to network
boot off my LC II and have been having no luck at all.

Basically, I can get the GS to start up over the network, ask me to login to
a fileserver, and then just as it starts loading GSOS from this filesever it
goes into a 8-bit screen asking me to insert the disk "Bridge" which is the
hard disk in the LC II.

I've followed the instructions in the Appleshare 3.0 manual (and although
thier step by step instructions left out a couple of steps) and believe I
have everything setup correctly. By reading the AS 3.0 manual however I do
get the impression they may be talking about slightly earier GS system
software - not that I believe this should matter, as 6.0.1 still has the
network server startup install option.

So heres the technical stuff.

ROM 1 GS with 1.25mb of Ram, System 6.0.1
LC II running Appleshare 3.0(.1?), and System 7.1

Installed AS 3.0 on the mac..
Created a 800k Network Boot disk for the GS
Used this disk to boot the GS, connect to the server as admin and run the
network server startup install.
Went to the LC II, enable apple II boot, and created a new user.

And it does as I described above. It does this for normal users, and for the
administration user on the server.

I can start with the floppy and then run the finder from the server, but
this sucks.

Anyone see anything I've done blatently wrong (hope so), any
advice/suggestions would be great.

Cheers, Gav.
