     The "Q" sounds like a "Q Drive" from Quality Computers which has
become Scantron Quality Computers. If the drive works well, then replacing
the fan may be worth the bother.

     You could call SQC and find out what the charge for a fix is. If the
drive is out of warranty, the total cost (labor + new fan + shipping)
could be more than the fix is worth.

     You could replace the fan. If necessary, you can use a Dremel hand
tool to grind away heads of reluctant screws.
