The best way of determining what ROM GS you have is, when the machine is
booting up, to look at the bottom of the screen. If it doesn't tell you
anything about the ROM, then it means you have the original ROM. If it
says ROM 01, it means you have a first revision ROM. If it says ROM 03,
then you have a second revision Rom.
