First off, does the light still blink with the Disk ][ Controller
Board (boar? Naw, nowhere NEAR piggish! <B-) ) and/or the 80 column card
removed? If so, I'd suspect a defective power supply (only provable by
exchange or load-testing ... if you've got another Apple ][, ][+, or //e,
exchange would be MUCH easier!). If the light STOPS when the Disk ][
Interface Card is removed, then I'd suspect a blown Disk ][ I/F (seen that
from folks that plugged a drive in just wrong ... blows the driver switch
transistors on the card, shorting out the power supply - but not a dead
short!)
