In my designs I used regular IBM XT (8 bit) extension card. Since IBM is
using more connection pads on edge connector, I had to cut some of them off.
XT extension boards are available from Radio Shack. The power traces on them
are connected to corresponding pads on edge connector. You may have to 
modify that. The boards I used didn't have power pads connected to traces 
on the rest of the board. 

What do you want to put on these boards?
