And you were surprised? That's a typical salesman: yesterday he was selling 
vacuums, today he is selling computers, tomorrow he's going to sell stoves.
Who needs to know the product? All the necessary info is right there, on the 
tag on the product! You just have to read it for the dumb customer. And if 
one of them customers asks about the details, he must be some 
unimportant-detail-picky jerk. ;)
