OK, here's what the Sirius RAM IIGS Mini-Manual has to say about it...
I include all text as is, including grammatical errors! I should point
out that I only have a Rev.C SCSI so cannot comment about RAMFast etc.
compatability.

This simple sheet explains everything you need to know to use your new
Sirius RAM IIGS 1-8 meg RAM Expansion.

The Sirius RAM IIGS is 100% DMA compatible. It has been tested with both
Apple High Speed and RAMFast SCSI cards as well as other DMA peripherals
such as the VisionPlus Video Digitizer. The Sirius RAM IIGS can be
expanded up to a total of 8 megs, one meg at a time. There are no dip
switches or jumpers to configure. Simply install the RAM and your on
your way to Sirius computing! The banks start at the lower left corner
of the card, meaning bank 1 is in the lower back corner of the IIGS. A
note to ROM3 users: only 7 meg is supported since you already have 1 meg
on your motherboard. The first SIMM socket will be empty. This is OK.
If you install the card in a ROM 3 system in the ROM 1 configuration you
will have one less bank of RAM available to you.

Sirius RAM has been tested with AppleWorks 3.0 & up, AppleWorks IIGS
v1.1, Platinum Paint 2.0, HyperStudio 3.0, HyperCard IIGS, GNO/ME 2.0.5,
the Orca series & Merlin 16 to name just a few.

A few notes about DMA compatibility:

Only the first 4 megs of EXPANDED memory are DMA compatible. This does
not include RAM on your motherboard which is also DMA compatible. The
computer hardware is well aware of this an no special work arounds are
needed. This means it will do DMA when it can, and won't when it can't.
You can use all 8 meg of RAM and have the Apple High Speed or RAMFast
card configured with DMA active.

My opinion? GET THIS CARD!!!!
