  These prototyping boards are available from Digi-Key (1-800-344-4539)
as part number V1035-ND, Apple II, IIe Expansion Unit.  It's just the
plain board, no decoding circuitry, with a "universal" solder pattern,
a 50-pin connector (for the slot) and a 40-pin connector.  The listing
can be found on page 334 of the May-June Digi-Key catalog.  You could
also try their web site at http://www.digikey.com
