try using the xmodem command. Useful flags are :
s to send
r to receive
a for Apple text (converts CR <-> LF as needed)
b for binary
k to send 1K packets
y to use ymodem batch protocol (you would receive these files via ymodem,
not xmodem).
example xmodem sbky <list of files> to send a batch of files using ymodem
1K in binary format.
