Welp, a Z-80 card is just that, a card that allows you Apple II to run using a
Zilog Z-80 processor, most notably CP/M. Soooo, these are most likely CP/M
programs. CP/M was pretty much the defacto standard for a lot of programming
before MS-DOS got big. I still run a Microsoft Premium Softcard (a
combination Z-80, RAM expansion, and 80 column card) in one of my IIe's. It's
kinda spiffy, sorta of the PC Transporter of its day. I also have a
half-dozen or so Z-80 cards for the II+, but no software to run them :/
