Hi Matthew:
		I've had a TurboIDE setup since last summer and I like it 
alot. I've never had trouble with it. 
	Setup is fairly easy, it even auto-reads the heads/cylinders 
settings for you. The software also includes utilities to test for  bad 
blocks, etc.  In operation I think it's easier that an SCSI drive; you don't 
have wait until the drive's up to speed before you start the computer.  

The limitations are (as far as I've found) are max drive size (currently) 
is about 254 MEG, but you can have two drives per card, and no cd-rom 
driver (it's possible, but insufficient demand to program one).

The card also can interfere was some copy-protected software's disk accesses.
The workaround suggested to me is Taifun boot (on some of the FTP sites)
which allows you to change boot slots at startup (thanks tsetse!).
