Monitor Problems

  Help!
I've got an RGB monitor on my GS. And since having had a Flyback
replaced after a long time problem, I've noticed some wierd goings on
that I can't say if it's been caused by my upgraded operating system,
my computer or that the people who did the repairs suck.

Sometimes my graphics seem to shift. That is a whole horizontal line
will seem to move a few pixels to the left or right (usually several
lines as a group, making a smooth almost imperceptable transition in the
warping.) But since it does break that line between the actual display
and the colored border, it is visible.
It seems to happen when there is some sort of activity that
I'm doing. For example selecting a cell in AWGS database, the
horizontal lines that the cell is on will shift slightly.

What the heck is this? It doesn't seem to occur on plain text screens,
and just seems wierd.
