Odd...all of the Grappler cards I have seen (parallel printer interface)
had a ribbon cable with a Centronics-36 male connector on the end. I'll
bet yours is hacked together to provide a PC-compliant parallel printer
port. Just a guess...but the Grappler was a parallel printer interface
from Orange Micro with some really nice graphics and text screen dump
features built in.

Any 9-pin (i.e. pre-Apple Desktop Bus) Apple mouse should work...that is,
a mouse from a Lisa, Lisa 2, Macintosh, Macintosh 512, Macintosh Plus,
Apple //c, Apple ][e, etc. You might check any used computer supply place
in your area...tell 'em you're looking for a mouse for a Macintosh Plus.
While any of those mice will work, please note that the connector on the
Lisa mouse is slightly different...it is still a 9-pin D connector, but it
has a plastic squeeze latch on it instead of the two thumb screws.
