It really wasn't much of an update, but I did add a variable timer so 
you're not stuck with 10 seconds all the time. It still has a bug (which 
I didn't see at the time) that causes it to lose track of the save path 
occasionally. Other than that, it works fine. It only saves the SHR 
screen though.

I have a complete rewrite sitting on my hard drive that lets you choose 
the save format (uncompressed, Apple Preferred and clipboard) as well as 
the save name and save path, plus a =real= variable timer (I think my 
original update did it in 5 second increments.) It's not quite finished 
because at one time I wanted to add ProDOS 8 support and the ability to 
save other screens (not just SHR) but I never got around to it. If there 
is enough interest, I might polish up what I've got and release it.
