It should work just fine, I've connected up an HP LaserJet 5L
printer up to my second IIgs system (ROM 01 with 4MB memory) using an
AE Parallel Pro interface and it worked. I wasn't completely pleased
with the results however, TrueType fonts didn't print out _razer_ sharp,
if you look very closely at the curves and edges it wasn't 100% smooth.
I suspect it has to do with the older set of Harmonie drivers I used,
the highest available in the packaged I received a few years ago (v2.1)
was for a LaserJet IIP and III. The 5L is a 600 DPI printer and the
drivers can provide only half that resolution -- 300 DPI. I'd say the
TrueType fonts looked comparable to an inkjet printer. Bitmapped graphics
were somewhat chunky (ie, graphic work I did in Platinum Paint) but that's
to be expected since they are _bitmapped_ and only 320x200.

Unfortunately I was just borrowing the printer for testing, so
for now I'm limited to what output I get from my aging ImageWriter II.
