It exists - I've got a copy (and Star Saga: One). I can't recall where I
bought mine, to be honest...I think both came from one of the companies that
had fire sales in Incider a few years ago (I recall that each was $10-20
Canadian, which is pretty darn cheap considering the sheer amount of paper -
and probably about a fifth what it cost to produce them). I've not yet gotten
around to playing SS2, actually - my co-conspirators on SS1 moved away before
we had time to get started.

They are remarkably well-done games (or novels, depending on how you look at
it). Unfortunately, SS3 never came to be. I recall being given Greykell
Dutton's email address (also a few years ago); I was going to ask her and
her husband how the story would have come out. Perhaps I still will, if I
ever have time to properly play SS2 the way it deserves to be played...

Good luck turning up an SS2 (you can't have mine :). I do know someone in
the UK who also has a copy; he mailed me the player manuals for mine (my
box had copies of the ones from SS1 by accident). If you should come across
the game manuals but have trouble locating the software, I'd be happy to mail
it to anyone (it's completely useless with the 13 or 14 books).
