Appllied Engineering used to sell these by the boatload, and
after they vaporized ABC Direct now sells them.  I reckon
at this date it would be damn hard to make something this
complicated for the II, and not worth the trouble if you
can buy one new for a hundred or used with a IIe wrapped
around it for $50 (although that would be a rare find indeed).

Where are all the csa2 old timers?  Dave Empson?  Sheppy?
Ian Schmidt?  Jay Craft? Joe Kohn?  Corey?  Jawaid?  Ian
Brumby?
