Bingo. Binscii figures out where in the file to put each piece, so running
it on all the pieces will indeed result in a complete output file. However
it is only "appending" each segment when the input files are in order.
Because of the algorithm, the input file order does not matter, and merging
separate output files is not recommended (just let Binscii take care of it).
