I believe the IIc Technical Reference was an APDA product, which
means Mike Westerfield/the ByteWorks has an essentially unlimited
supply. Even if it was an Addison Wesly product, he might have some.
Try him at mikew50@aol.com. There is no free manual, though a lot
of useful information does pass through comp.sys.apple2.programmer.
(higher volume technical Apple books were published by Addison Wesly
and Mike has some of the remaining supply. Lower volume books seemed
to have been printed on demand by Apple and only sold via APDA; Mike
has inherited this ability and service. Occasionally, even recently,
people find copies in book stores and offer to buy and ship them.)
